Specification of program graduates


In addition to the general knowledge and understanding that a graduate of the Faculty of Commerce must acquire, the graduate of Business Administration program must acquire the following knowledge and concepts: 
1- Using the scientific method in solving problems and making decisions at different administrative levels
2- Preparation of plans, programs and policies according to the requirements of the institutions.
3- Preparation of marketing feasibility studies and assessment of investment proposals
4- Foundations of organizational structures, systems and evidence of administrative work of the various activities of the institution.
5- Understanding the modern administrative philosophies such as total quality, re-engineering processes and explore opportunities for their application in different fields of work.
6- Principles of leadership and influence in others.
7- Organizational communication and labor relations.
8- The foundations of motivation and development of motivation in others.
9- Principles and concepts of policies, strategies and plans and the requirements for using them to meet the expectations of the parties concerned with the organization.
In addition to the general professional skills that a graduate of the Faculty of Commerce must acquire, a graduate of the Business Administration program must be able to:
1- Preparation the strategic plans and formulate business policies 
2- Preparation and design of various systems and evidence of Business
3- Design and development of organizational structures.
4- Design and management of management information systems and databases.
5- Preparation of feasibility studies and evaluation of projects.
6- Preparation of sales marketing plans.
7- Financial analysis and evaluation of investment projects.
8- Market analysis.
9- Preparation of plans and programs for using development and maintenance of physical, human and other resources.
10- The practical application of the systems of modern scientific methods in the field of business management.
In addition to the intellectual skills of graduates of the Faculty of Commerce, a graduate of the Business Administration program must be able to:
1- The practicing of innovative and creative thinking in the face of different administrative positions.
2- Linking environmental variables and decision-making patterns.
3- Preparing different scenarios, strategies and models to deal with events and administrative issues
